Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I live on a farmstead outside of the FM area, Jon came out and quickly tested and diagnosed my issues. Noted how bad my iron was and we got a new iron filter added! Now my water is great! Would recommend to any of my friends.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company has the best customer service. They came out to our house to check if our softener was working not just 1 but 2 times, at no charge. We will not hesitate to use their services when we build our new home.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Have a water softener and RO drinking system from Bernie's for a few years. Haven't had any problems, Dave is very easy to work with, he even take calls on weekends to deliver salt right to my house. Very happy with my choice.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was installing a reverse osmosis today, hadn't installed one in over 10 years, couldn't remember how. Called and talked with Dan, he was more than happy to take time out of his day to help out.
Very appreciative for the help. Thank you for saving my day.
